Wilderness First Aid - 1.L

As a member of the outdoor community, this certification course will prepare you to handle an emergency in the wilderness. You will learn the basics of wilderness medical care, how to identify and stabilize a life-threatening issue, and get help. The skills and knowledge you gain in this 16-hour course can save a life.

The Certification Process:

1. Complete the 8 hours of online wilderness medicine lessons and take the competency exam at the end.
2. Attend the hands-on skills training. This may be in-person or via Zoom.
3. Take a online final exam
