Online lessons and remote practical training
This remote wilderness first aid certification course is delivered in a hybrid format, with an online component, a practical training component, and a final assessment.
Part One: 8 Hours Online Learning Once you sign up, you can get started right away. All lectures are video-based and the course can be taken at your pace. Review as many times as necessary. The online course must be complete the night before the remote practical training session.
Part Two: Remote Practical Training The practical training part of this course is one day in length and is coordinated by Base Medical Certified instructors online via Zoom.
Part Three: Final Assessment The Final Assessment is conducted online after the practical training and includes the final exam. The final exam must be passed with an 80% or higher. Students have one week to complete the final assessment.

Laptop or desktop computer
An individual to act as a patient (another enrolled student, friend, or family member, etc.)
